Seth MacFarlane talks about the new Family Guy Web series

I’ve been doing some research on the whole Google/Seth MacFarlane partnership, and I’ve turned up a bit more information. Here it is straight from the horse’s mouth:

MacFarlane, who will receive a percentage of the ad revenue, told the newspaper that the two-minute episodes would be “animated versions of the one-frame cartoons you might see in The New Yorker, only edgier.” - source

“Instead of creating a website and hoping Seth’s fans find it, we are going to push the content to where people are already at.” - source

Google and Mr. MacFarlane said that a number of deals are among the largest ever landed by AdSense.”We feel that we have recreated the mass media,” said Kim Malone Scott, director of sales and operations for AdSense. - source
