Stewie and Brian don’t have proper walkie-talkie skills
In this clip from the episode titled Peter’s Daughter (Family Guy Season 6), Stewie Griffin and Brian Griffin decide to do a little bit of real estate investing when they see a broken down house, fix it up, and flip it (that was SO 2005!). Anyway, Stewie is upstairs working on something, and Brian is downstairs, and Stewie decides to mess with him via some walkie-talkie etiquette. Watch:

Since Stewie Griffin is quite obviously the reincarnation of a British-accented authoritarian with tendencies toward world conquest, who was he in his previous life?
