PETER: That’s why they picked me to convince Congress to go to war.
INT. CONGRESS - DAY (FLASHBACK)
Peter stands in the front of the room talking to a room full of CONGRESSMEN.
CONGRESSMAN
There is no just cause for an invasion of Iraq.
PETER
Well, that may be. But what we’re all forgetting is, anyone who doesn’t wanna to go to war is gay.
CONGRESSMEN
I wanna go to war. / Oh, yes, yes! / I wanna go to war. / Let’s go to war. / We should totally go to war.
DICK CHENEY
(DEFENSIVE) I was the first one who wanted to go to war!
