Family Guy Voted Worst Family TV Series (for families)

“This animated series is decidedly not for children – though children may be tempted to watch. Nearly every second of the May 1 episode of Family Guy was offensive – from the assaults on Catholicism, to inappropriate jokes about sex and excrement, making it an easy choice for Worst of the Week.

….There is nothing redeeming about this series, yet Fox has decided to inflict it once again on television audiences. Parents should be aware that even though it is animated and has “Family” in the title, this series is absolutely not safe for child consumption.”

You know, I have no issue with this show being voted worst for families because IT IS NOT A FAMILY SHOW. The kinder should not be watching it. At all. Ever. Yet parents get all crazy because their kids are watching it…and to that I say, are you not the adult? Do you not actually OWN the television on which the forbidden fruit is being watched? Can you not physically tell your children that no, they cannot watch shows intended for adults? No? Well, then I guess you should go down to Spines R Us and buy a backbone.
